On February 12, 2021, webinar “Appeal against public procurement in the context of catering in the educational institutions” will be held. The event is initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science together with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and DECIDE project.
The following issues will be discussed at the webinar:
procedural principles of the procedure for appealing public procurement;
typical mistakes of customers in tender documentation;
features of appealing the stages of consideration of proposals by customers;
how to avoid mistakes and appeals.
