On January 25, 2021, the DECIDE Project will hold a webinar on ‘Educational subvention: changes to the distribution formula and features of the use of funds for the communities’.

Anastasia Sofienko, head of the expert group on budgeting of the MinEdu, will tell in detail about:
✔ changes to the formula, which determines the order of distribution of the educational subvention between the local budgets;
✔ how to calculate a subvention according to the formula and how it works;
✔ why it is necessary to optimize one’s own network of educational institutions so that there are enough funds;
✔ on what it is possible to use the remains of the educational subvention if they are on accounts of the territorial communities.
