The MinEdu together with the MinEconomy will hold a webinar on the topic: ‘Peculiarities of procurement and implementation of HACCP in the field of catering in the educational institutions’. The webinar will take place on January 14, 2021 within the framework of the campaign ‘Education in new communities from A to Z’, implemented by the DECIDE project, and the project ‘Architecture of Reforms in Ukraine’ with the financial support of the EU.

Speakers will talk about the features of procurement of food services, namely:
✔ procurement planning and determination of the subject of procurement;
✔ tender documentation and qualification criteria;
✔ conclusion, execution, change and termination of the procurement agreement.

Food safety issues and the implementation of the Food Safety Management System (HACCP) will also be discussed.

Tetyana Mishta, deputy director of the public procurement department – head of the public procurement professionalization department of the MinEconomy;
Olha Batalyuk, expert of the expert group in the field of food safety, animal health and welfare of the directorate of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures of the MinEconomy;
