On March 12, thematic meeting of Quality Education platform of the All-Ukrainian Association of Amalgamated Territorial Communities was held, which discussed in detail the features of implementing financial autonomy of educational institutions and problems arising in this case.

Speaker of the event Serhii Yatskovskyi, DECIDE project expert in local self-government, told about legislative framework for implementing financial autonomy, powers of local councils and education authorities. He focused on the benefits and risks of financial autonomy of educational institutions and answered other questions of participants.
