On December 22, 2020, two guidelines with standard document templates on making budget requests to education authorities and organizing accounting were published for newly created education authorities. You can download guidelines with templates here: https://novihromady.decide.in.ua.

The guidelines will be useful for heads of local self-governments. The materials were developed by experts of the Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE – “Decentralization for Improved Democratic Education” as part of the campaign “Education in new communities from A to Z”.
