On January 28, 2021, a webinar was held on ‘Problems and challenges of the transfer of property complexes of the educational institutions from the ownership of the district councils’. This is the eleventh webinar for the managers and employees of the education management bodies of newly formed and reorganized communities within the campaign ‘Education in new communities from A to Z’. Its key goal is to help develop an effective local education management system.

Serhiy Yatskovsky, an expert on local self-government, answered key financial and legal issues arising from the transfer of property of the educational institutions from the district councils to the communities. More details in the video:
