For the participants of the ‘Quality Education’ Platform of the UTC Association, at the initiative of the All-Ukrainian Association of United Territorial Communities and the DECIDE project, a series of webinars ‘Organization of inclusion in the community’ was launched, the first of which took place on November 6, 2020 with the participation of Olha Nabochenko, a state expert of the expert group on inclusive education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The event provided answers to the main questions that arise in educational managers during the organization of inclusive education in the community, including:

• educational institutions create conditions for the education of persons with SEN in accordance with the individual program of child development and taking into account their individual needs and capabilities;
• to ensure the introduction of inclusive education, a separate subvention from the state budget to local budgets for the provision of state support to persons with SEN, etc. is provided.

The next webinars will focus on the implementation of inclusive education in kindergartens, schools and their cooperation with the inclusive-resource center at the community level.
