If lyceum is located in the community, it will be formally transferred to the balance of the Regional State Administration. That is, the Regional State Administration will become the founder, but lyceum should be located in the community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vasyl Kompaniets<\/strong>, Deputy Village Chairman of the Executive Committee of Pishchane Village Council: \u201cIt is important to take individual approach to the formation of educational network of each community. There cannot be the same approach for everyone. Both the number of students and financial capacity of the community should be taken into account.
