He will talk about this in more detail on December 14 during the webinar \u201cAlgorithm and procedure for transferring the property of educational institutions to the balance of local councils\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The event is designed for representatives of communities and Raion State Administrations that will transfer property to the balance of local councils. During the webinar, the following steps to be taken by founders of educational institutions will be discussed:<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Create a commission for transfer-acceptance of integral property complexes of educational institutions from the common communal ownership of Raion communities.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Amend the names of educational institutions due to the change of ownership.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Prepare documents for registration of the right of communal ownership of territorial communities of integral property complexes specified in the session decision, represented by the relevant council, etc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How can the community take ownership of educational institutions that were previously in the communal ownership of Raions?
