This is the eleventh webinar for the managers and employees of the education management bodies of newly formed and reorganized communities within the campaign <a href=\"https:\/\/novihromady.decide.in.ua\/\">\u2018Education in new communities from A to Z\u2019<\/a>. Its key goal is to help develop an effective local education management system.<\/p><p>Serhiy Yatskovsky, an expert on local self-government, answered key financial and legal issues arising from the transfer of property of the educational institutions from the district councils to the communities.
